The Harihareshwar temple built in the 16th century with the dieties of Vishnu Brahma and Shiva is the primary attraction in Harihareshwar.
Harihareshwar is approx 25 Kms from Aaravi and the route to Harihareshwar from Aaravi passes through Shrivardhan.
If you are on a long vacation you can also visit the Kadyavarcha Ganpati temple which is a ferry ride across the Bagmandala creek from Harihareshwar.
